These are all great questions that his descendants today would be interested in learning about. Some general historical information is available, but the really good, personal information doesn't exist, at least not that we know of. The book doesn't exist.
That's why it's so important for each of us today to leave a record for our children & grandchildren. You might think your life is pretty routine or even boring, but twenty to thirty years from now, life as we know it could be very different! I'd encourage every family to keep a Personal or Family History. Start a notebook & include important events,family names, dates, who was there, where it was held, & photos. You Know, some of the most important information I have today was gathered by my Father-in-Law, Mark Harawira, from old Land Court Meeting notebooks. So far, I have not found these records any other place. Thank heaven's someone took the time to record this Whakapapa in a notebook a hundred plus year ago! Let us follow their example & do the same!
